This document describes the current agent authentication and registration status for Fly Over New Village 613 / 飞越新村 613.

## Current Status

Fly Over New Village 613 is currently a public cultural archive website. It does not provide a protected API, OAuth token issuance, OpenID Connect issuer, JWKS endpoint, dynamic client registration endpoint, or agent registration backend.

The public website can be read without authentication. Contact and support workflows are handled through WhatsApp, email, and the visible mailto-based contact form.

## Agent Audience

Agents may use the public discovery documents and Markdown surfaces to understand the project, cite public pages, navigate the archive, and help users find contact channels.

## Registration And Credentials

There is no automated agent registration flow at this time. No access tokens, refresh tokens, client credentials, ID-JAG assertions, verified-email claims, anonymous credentials, or revocation endpoints are issued by this site.

When a real protected API or agent registration backend is added, this file and the OAuth discovery documents will be updated in the same release.
